Anwarul Uloom College of Business Management adopted the National Service Scheme to give its management students a chance to learn leadership, teamwork and social responsibility by working directly with nearby communities. Links the classroom to real-world challenges and fits perfectly with the college mission of empowering first-generation and minority learners through value- based education.
The National Service Scheme at AUCBM is a voluntary student movement that builds a bridge between campus and community. Guided by faculty Programme Officers, volunteers identify local problems, design action projects and reflect on their learning—turning management theories into socially useful practice. In doing so they internalise Gandhiji’s ideal that “service to man is service to God,” and discover that effective management begins with empathy and ethical commitment rather than mere profit
